Community rules
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Where they apply
These rules apply in the community of the Gainsmith app, which is open from the age of 16: to usernames, display names, bios, profile pictures and shared plans. You accept them when you join. In the app you can find them at any time under Settings → Community.
The rules
So that everyone feels welcome:
- Be respectful and kind.
- No harassment, no bullying, no threats.
- No nudity and no sexual content.
- No hate and no incitement against people or groups.
- No spam.
- No advertising and no sales offers.
- No promises of cures or health benefits.
- Anyone who breaks the rules is removed from the community.
- “Report” shows us profiles and plans that break the rules. “Block” means you no longer see each other in any list or search.
Reporting, blocking, hiding
A profile or plan that several members report is hidden automatically until we have reviewed it. When saving, the server checks names and texts with a word filter; there is no review by AI.
Questions, or a hint that does not fit into a report? Write to contact@nils-pzr.eu. What data the community processes is described in the privacy policy.
